High Protein Post Workout Easy Berry Overnight Oats

Whip up these creamy, protein-packed overnight oats with sweet berries for a quick, nourishing breakfast or post-workout refuel.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (30g | 1.1oz)
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tbsp pure pure maple syrup
  • Pinch salt I use Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries (I used a combination of blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, unflavored protein powder, plain Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and salt in a 16oz Mason-type glass jar.
  2. Put the lid on the jar.
  3. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are fully combined.
  4. Top the mixture with the frozen berries.
  5. Put the lid back on the jar.
  6. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  7. Stir well before serving.
  8. Serve cold.

Notes

Use a 16oz wide-mouth jar for easy mixing and eating.
Adjust maple syrup to your preferred sweetness level.
Stir well in the morning for the best creamy texture.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
