  • 2 egg whites
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 390 F (200 C).
  2. Add oats to a blender.
  3. Add egg whites to the blender.
  4. Add water to the blender.
  5. Add vanilla protein powder to the blender.
  6. Add Stevia to the blender.
  7. Add baking powder to the blender.
  8. Blend all ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  9. The mixture should resemble thick pancake batter.
  10. Pour half of the batter into a small (about 4.5 inches across) nonstick pan.
  11. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cinnamon over the batter in the pan.
  12. Pour the remaining batter on top of the cinnamon layer.
  13. Pull a knife through the batter a few times to create a swirl.
  14. Bake for 12 minutes.
  15. Let the cake rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure your protein powder is one you enjoy the taste of, as it contributes significantly to the flavor.
Adjust the amount of Stevia to suit your preferred sweetness level.
Do not overmix the batter after adding the cinnamon; just a few swirls are enough.
Allowing the cake to rest after baking helps it set and makes it easier to remove from the pan.
